Delivery costs and methods
The costs for shipment is based on weight, so will vary from product to product. The total cost including shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process, although you can choose to 'estimate shipping' from the shopping bag page so you will always know how much you are going to be charged before placing your order.
We sometimes offer a few different shipping options for our customers, such as
- Signed & tracked
Not all options are applicable to all products. The courier service is traceable and your tracking number will be displayed in your order confirmation email. Standard delivery parcels do not have a tracking number. Items of a particular weight or value will usually only be delivered via a tracked, express service.
Most items are dispatched within three business days, unless a courier option has been selected in which case the item will normally be despatched next working day. UK Standard items are usually received within three to five days (but can take up to 14 days). Please note: we can not deem an item as lost until 14 days after dispatch.
Items that are a pre-order items will not be despatched until the date indicated in the product description.
If you live in Europe and you have selected Standard Delivery, you will usually receive your item(s) within 3-6 business days.
If you live outside of the European Union (EU) and you have selected standard delivery, you will usually receive your item(s) within 6-10 business days.
Please note that with both European and other international standard delivery, we can not deem an item as lost until 30 days after dispatch. Please note that items shipped using standard delivery are not on a tracked service. We would strongly recommend using an express service for any high-value items.
International express delivery times vary by country but will take a minimum of 3 working days following dispatch. A signature will be required upon delivery.
If you have not received your item within these time frames, please contact your local sorting office who should be able to assist you. If you still have not received your item after contacting your local sorting office, please contact our support team on firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to assist you.
Where we deliver
ShopSuperDeluxe offers worldwide shipping, although doesn't deliver everywhere.
International deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes in the country of destination. ShopSuperDeluxe has no control over this, and any such charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and/or the recipient. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding local import duties and taxes that may be applicable to your order. Please check Terms and Conditions for all the relevant terms and conditions.
Returned / Undelivered items
Any items returned as 'undeliverable' because the recipient address was supplied incorrectly will require postage to be paid again by the customer. Alternatively, ShopSuperDeluxe will offer a refund of the price of the item(s) minus postage already paid, assuming there is no damage to the items.
If an item is send 'tracked' the customer will be sent a tracking number. it is the customer's responsibility to keep track of their parcel via this number. If the item cannot be delivered for some reason it will most likely be held at a local depot until the customer collects or arranges re-delivery via the local delivery service. This will be detailed when looking at the tracking number online.
If the item is not collected by the customer for any reason, then it will be returned to ShopSuperDeluxe and we will be unable to pay for redelivery. ShopSuperDeluxe will offer a refund of the price of the item(s) minus postage already paid, assuming there is no damage to the items.
