The costs for shipment is based on weight, so will vary from product to product. The total cost including shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process, so you will always know how much you are going to be charged before placing your order.

Some products, might be available in non-track options.
Not all options are applicable to all products. The courier service is traceable and your tracking number will be displayed in your order confirmation email. Standard delivery parcels do not have a tracking number. Items of a particular weight or value will usually only be delivered via a tracked, express service.
Delivery Timescales
Most items are dispatched within three business days.
UK Delivery
Royal Mail state that Tracked 48 should arrive within 2-3 days of despatch in the UK, but that is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Royal Mail 'aims' to deliver Tracked 24 the next working day in the UK but it can take two working days.
Royal Mail do not consider an item 'lost' until non-arrival 10 working days after it was posted.
Delivery to Europe
Expect Tracked 48 item to arrive within 5-10 days unless there are special circumstances that might delay it beyond that time (e.g. local industrial action).
Delivery to America / Rest of the World
Expect Tracked 48 to arrive within 7-14 days unless there are special circumstances that might delay it beyond that time (e.g. local industrial action).
If you have not received your item within these time frames, please contact your local sorting office who should be able to assist you. If you still have not received your item after contacting your local sorting office, please contact our support team on contact@thesdeshop.com and we'll be happy to assist you.
Pre-orders
Items that are a pre-ordered will not be despatched until the release date indicated in the product description, although with any other items in the order. If the order contains multiple pre-orders the items will ship on the release date that is furthest away from today's date.
the SDE shop offers worldwide shipping, although doesn't deliver everywhere.
International deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes in the country of destination. the SDE shop has no control over this, and any such charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and/or the recipient. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding local import duties and taxes that may be applicable to your order.
the SDE shop has signed up to the IOSS (International One Stop Shop) system which means customers in the European Union should not have to pay import VAT when their goods arrive. For more information, please refer to the page on this site about Brexit, EU and VAT issues
Returned / Undelivered items
Any items returned as 'undeliverable' because the recipient address was supplied incorrectly or because the item was not collected from a local sorting office will require postage to be paid again by the customer before we resend. Alternatively, the SDE shop will offer a refund of the price of the item(s) minus postage already paid, assuming there is no damage to the items.
If an item is send 'tracked' the customer will be sent a tracking number. it is the customer's responsibility to keep track of their parcel via this number. If the item cannot be delivered for some reason it will most likely be held at a local depot until the customer collects or arranges re-delivery via the local delivery service. This will be detailed when looking at the tracking number online.
